The challenge

El Patron was opening a second location in Round Rock. Opening day was locked in. They needed exterior signage, staff uniforms, patio banners, a sidewalk sign, and branded to-go packaging — all from vendors they'd never worked with before and a 4-week window that wasn't moving.
